Our Service Promises
🏠 29-Day Rental Promise
If we cannot rent your property within 29 days from start of marketing your first months management fee is free.
🌟 Satisfaction Promise:
If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with our services, you can terminate your agreement with 30 days notice.
🚗 90 Day Risk-Free Promise
If you are not happy with our service within the first 90 Days from the start of our agreement, you can cancel your contract and we will refund your management fees.
💰 Payment Promise
If rent payments are not processed and sent to you by the 15th of the month (when tenants have paid on time), we’ll waive our management fee for that month.
💳 Results Promise
We believe that if we can’t collect the rent – then we should NOT get paid. You only pay us a management fee if we successfully collect the rent due.
