Our Realtor Referral Program

Real Property Management Prestige GUARANTEES to return YOUR client back to YOU when your Referred Client decides to sell.

Single Family Property Management Referral

$595Property

Every time you refer a single-family property for Real Property Management Prestige to manage we will pay you $595 per property that signs a property management agreement. This fee is paid to your broker once the property is leased.

Multi Family Property Management Referral

$1000Property

Every time you refer a multi-family property (4 units or more) for Real Property Management Prestige to manage we will pay you $1000 per property or $50 per door, whichever is higher. This fee is paid to your broker upon signing a property agreement.

Steps to Referring a Client

Fill out our Agent Referral Form and give a heads up to your client.
A team member from Real Property Management Prestige will reach out to your client and explain our different management plans.
Once your client decides to sign an agreement with us and the property is leased. We will send a check directly to your broker.

If at any time during our management your client decides to sell their home, we will contact you and return the listing for you to sell. We encourage you to stay in touch with the owner, but we flag the property with your name, so you can sell the home when the owner is ready.
