
Michael Williamson – Broker
Mike is the licensed Broker for Real Property Management Prestige and oversees daily operations. With a transparent approach to business, Mike prides himself on building lasting relationships and trust with clients.
In his past experiences working as a Realtor, Mike has had the opportunity to execute many deals for clients and private investors. This has given him the experience to analyze, navigate, and negotiate investment deals to ensure a smooth transaction. Mike also has several years experience in the waste management and home services industries.
Mike holds a bachelors degree in Business Finance from Louisiana State University. Geaux Tigers! He is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Residential Leasing Specialist, and a Texas Residential Property Management specialist.
In his free time, Mike can be found on the golf course, playing basketball, and spending time with his friends in family.
Lori Wells- Office Manager
After almost 20 years as a paralegal, Lori decided it was time for a career change. In 2019 Lori joined the RPMP Team as Office Manager and quickly adapted to the processes in property management. In 2020, she obtained her Realtor license which enabled her to help the company grow in home sales. She also runs the maintenance department and enjoys assisting owners and tenants throughout their time with RPMP.
In her spare time, Lori enjoys attending events her daughter cheers in and volunteering with the local animal shelter.


Leslie Sowa – Business Development Manager
Hi, I’m Leslie Sowa, the Business Development Manager here at Real Property Management Prestige. I’ve spent the last eight-plus years working in Property Management and Real Estate sales, and I genuinely love what I do. Whether it’s helping investors grow their portfolios or guiding homeowners through the rental process, I’m all about making things easier and more rewarding for our clients.
I bring a mix of industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and a people-first approach to every conversation. My goal is to understand what matters most to you and help you get there—whether that’s finding the right tenants, increasing property value, or simply taking the stress out of managing your property.

Amanda Maria Patience Theagali- Administrative Assistant
Amanda is an Administrative Assistant who is responsible for supporting business operations, as well as providing courteous and professional direct interaction with prospective and current owner clients and tenants.
Amanda believes that developing strong customer-centric relationships with the primary focus on the client’s goals, are the building blocks to an organization’s ultimate success.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of New Brunswick, Canada, a Life Underwriter Training Certified Fellow Designation (LUTCF) from LIMRA, Windsor Connecticut, U.S.A, and Digital Marketing Mastery Certificates in Content Marketing & Digital Marketing from Digital Marketer.

Amelia Joanne Bacato- Receptionist.
I’m Amelia Joanne Bacoto. I was a former customer service specialist for 5 years, trained and experienced in resolving customer complaints and promoting conflict resolution. I transitioned to become a Virtual Assistant performing administrative work like scheduling appointments, booking meetings, answering phone calls. I believe that if you can earn the trust of your customers with five-star service, you might just secure their loyalty too. I love reading books and playing with my dogs.
