If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with our services, you can terminate your agreement with 30 days written notice. No questions asked.
29 Day Rental Guarantee
If we do not secure a suitable tenant within 29 days from the start of marketing, we will waive your first month’s management fee.
24-Hour Response Guarantee
If an owner or tenant calls, texts or emails us, we will respond within 24 hours, or waive that month’s management fee.
Tenant Guarantee
If a tenant we place in your rental does not abide by the initial lease terms, we will secure the next at no cost to you.
Animal Protection Guarantee
The Animal Protection Guarantee is designed to fully protect the owner in case of animal damage. 80% of tenants have at least one pet. Real Property Management Prestige will help minimize the risk by covering the cost of all animal damage ranging from $1000-$1500. Certain conditions may apply.
Security Deposit Guarantee
Real Property Management Prestige offers a “Preferred Tenant Program” to assist in marketing your home For Rent by easing the burden of up-front expenses that tenants incur while moving. This program allows tenants to OPT IN to a monthly fee in lieu of paying a standard Security Deposit, which has customarily been equal to One Month’s Rent. Should an applicant sign up for the Preferred Tenant Program and OPT OUT of paying an up-front Security Deposit, RPM Prestige offers all Owners the Free Security Deposit Guarantee. This Guarantee will offer the Owner a guaranteed security deposit up to one months rent.
