Real Property Management Prestige has designed the Rent Protection Plan to complement the Eviction Protection Plan, if it became necessary to fully evict a tenant on the Owners behalf.

What is the Rent Protection Plan?

Evictions in Texas can take about 30-45 days on average. It could be faster or slower depending on the local courts. The unexpected loss of rent income can be a financial burden to some Owners. The Rent Protection Plan is designed to protect against this loss of income, and if a full eviction becomes necessary, the Owner will receive One Month’s worth of rental compensation while a Tenant is being removed from Real Property Management Prestige.

Both are included at no additional cost to Owners in the Platinum plan.
